Conference, trade fair, concert, congress or other event - whatever the reason for your visit to Elmia, our task and ambition is that your visit should also taste good.
FC Gruppen is the proud food supplier to the entire exhibition centre since January 2019. As a visitor to Elmia, you don't have to go hungry. There is a wide range of restaurants and cafés to choose from. FC Gruppen operates 10 permanent restaurants/cafés on the site, all under one roof. In addition to these, they also deliver directly to stands and set up temporary serving areas.

The bakery
All the coffee and bread we serve is baked in our very own bakery, Bageriet. Enjoy freshly baked pastries or our crispy pizza straight from the pizza oven. -
Taste Småland
We are part of the destinations Jönköping and Småland and of course we want to contribute to increasing food production in Jönköping County. We are proud of the 28 local producers we work with and use their local products as much as possible. Here you can read more about where our raw materials come from. In 2019, 88% of our purchases were locally produced and/or organic produce, fruit and vegetables. -
Food should make as good as it tastes
Ever since 1993 when FC Gruppen was formed, we have actively worked to minimise the environmental impact that can arise in connection with our operations. In 2018, we took a major step forward with our environmental work, which was rewarded with an environmental diploma. The diploma certifies that we have introduced an environmental management system in accordance with the requirements of the Swedish Environmental Base. -
Family business with its heart in Jönköping
We are a Jönköping-based family business active in catering, events and restaurants. In addition to our role as a food supplier to Elmia, we operate seven local facilities as well as FC Event, FC Production and FC Bryggeri. -
One of Sweden's largest catering companies
We started in 1993 with the idea of serving guests everything from half cheese rolls to complete concepts. Today, 25 years later, we are one of Sweden's largest catering companies and carry out about 4000 assignments annually. In the summer of 2019, we served from Ystad to Järvsö during Sweden's largest summer tour Diggiloo.
