Here you'll find light dishes such as baguettes, sandwiches and salads, as well as a selection of cookies and cakes that are baked just behind the display.

The Black & White restaurant serves one meat dish and one vegetarian dish, the menu changes daily. In addition, there are several salads to choose from and if you have not tried our popular home-baked bread from our own bakery, it is a must!

Take the opportunity to sit down for a while and enjoy a coffee with the food and taste one of our home-baked cakes.

There are separate lines for visitors and exhibitors.

• Lasagne on minced beef from Bjursund with rocket and Västerbotten cheese.

Wednesday:

• Småländsk pork tenderloin with baked tomato, potato gratin and bearnaise sauce

Thursday:

• Braised veal with apple, dill sauce, potato cake and pickled carrot
• Savoy cabbage with apple, dill sauce, potato cake and pickled carrot

Friday:

• Chicken fillet from Öland with potato puree and Scanian mustard sauce.
• Oumph "chickenstyle" with potato puree and Scanian mustard sauce

In Restaurant Vättern there is a dish that will satisfy everyone; you can choose from three different options. All food is locally produced and inspired by local cuisine. Bread from our own bakery, salad and fair trade coffee are included.

1284 is located between Black & White and Vättern. As they say: "You can never go wrong with a prawn sandwich!". It is made with bread from our own bakery, crispy salad and freshly caught prawns. If you are more thirsty than hungry, we suggest you sit down for a cold beer or perhaps a warming cup of coffee.

Are you just looking for something sweet or maybe a simple lunch option? Then the café is the right place to visit!
Here you'll find the bakery's selected favourites for those with a sweet tooth or a baguette or salad for the more hungry.

If there's one place you should visit during the fair, it's the sausage kiosk. Choose between grilled, boiled or vegan sausages with all the accessories you can imagine. If you want to add a little extra luxury, we of course have shrimp salad as an extra topping. As a drink for this, we recommend the bestseller Pucko.

The kiosk is located opposite the restaurant Vättern. Here you will find everything from rolls, chocolate and sweets to cakes and pastries. Also take the opportunity to check out our locally produced products, treat yourself or buy a gift to take home?

Here you can order a delicious burger with red onion, smoked chedar and chilli mayonnaise. Choose between a single, double or vegetarian burger.

Come hungry to Club Elmia! Here you order a juicy smashed burger with freshly fried crispy fries. If you are looking for something extra, we think you should finish with a donut as the icing on the cake.

FC Gruppen erbjuder ett brett urval av mat och dryck med fokus på närproducerat och driver 10 permanenta restauranger/caféer på området, allt under ett och samma tak. Utöver dessa levererar de även direkt till monter och bygger upp tillfälliga serveringsområden.
