Delivery times

To the fair

Goods will be received on Monday 8 September 2024 at the earliest.

From the fair

Remember to order collection of goods in good time.
All goods must be collected by Tuesday 16 September 2025 at the latest.
If later collection is desired, contact xxx. The service may be charged extra.

Goods marking

All goods coming to and going from the fair must be clearly marked according to above.
The freight forwarder/transporter must know in which booth the goods are to or are located.
Address labels and delivery notes must be on the goods (in a plastic pocket given that it may rain).

Packaging of goods

Entreprenad Live is an outdoor fair and that it may rain.
So think about this when you pack goods to and from the fair.
It therefore does not work to send cardboard boxes with brochures.

Packaging and waste

It is the responsibility of exhibitors and stand builders to dispose of packaging and spills that occur during stand construction and demolition. At Entreprenad Live, source sorting is applied and environmental stations are centrally located during move-in and move-out and during the fair days. The stand area must be left clean after the fair, no waste may be left behind. If cleaning is not carried out, the exhibitor will be charged extra cleaning costs.

Unloading/Loading

During moving in and out, there are wheel loaders for unloading/loading goods up to 4 tons.
Unloading/loading assistance is charged after the fair, cost SEK 1,750/hour, (minimum charge 1/2 hour)
Unloading/loading of goods weighing more than 4 tons must be notified in advance. Registration is done by email to xxx no later than xxx 2025.
Loading ramps (machine trailers) are available for unloading wheeled machines.

This can be done one hour before the fair opens for the day
