Building regulations

Gravel area
The substrate is a hardened gravel surface with a top layer of crushed asphalt.
It is not allowed to dig in the ground. If you want gravel/stone for demo, order it via Malmö Mäss-Service, Malin Larsson, tel. 076-525 70 78, Malmö Mäss-service. 

Demo area
The area is separated from the stand by a bicycle fence. The surface is a hardened gravel field. It is not allowed to dig in the ground.

Tent stand
The maximum load on the wooden floor is 275 kg per square metre.

Electricity at the fair
If you have ordered an electrical outlet for your stand, please order it via Malmö Mäss-Service, Malin Larsson, tel. 076-525 70 78, Malmö Mäss-service, and the electricity will be connected on 10 September at 11.00. The electricity will be disconnected on Saturday 13 September at 17.00.

Tents
If you have rented tents via Malmö Mäss-Service, Malin Larsson, tel. 076-525 70 78, Malmö Mäss-service. , these will be set up and ready on Monday 2 September. After the fair, it is important that you empty the tents as soon as possible, no later than Monday 9 September at 09.00. Tents that have been emptied are left open (so it is easier to see which ones can be demolished).

Guarding
During the move-in, move-out and the fair, the area is guarded.
But remember to always keep an eye on valuables in your stand. Do not store valuables in storage rooms and other areas after the fair has closed.

Noise level
In the case of demonstrations, it is assumed that the location and the demonstration will be adapted so as to minimise disruption for the enjoyment and efficiency of all.

Oil and diesel leaks
If oil or diesel leaks occur, this must be reported immediately, without delay, to the exhibitor information centre or order it via Malmö Mäss-Service, Malin Larsson, tel. 076-525 70 78, Malmö Mäss-service. 
If there is a risk of leakage, something must be placed under the machine so that oil or diesel does not reach the surface.

Exhibitor parking
Exhibitors park in specially designated areas. Follow the signs.
Show the exhibitor card clearly to the guard, so everything goes much smoother.

Visitor parking is right outside the entrance and is free of charge.

Smoking
Smoking is only allowed outdoors! Smoking indoors and in tents is prohibited by law.

Medical staff
Trained medical staff will be on site throughout the fair and can be reached on tel. 070-355 66 36.

Water supply
Drinking water is available in barrels at the toilets, partly at the entrance and partly in the centre of the site. The barrels are labelled ‘Drinking water’.

Toilets
There are toilets in several places on the exhibition site.During move-in and move-out, only the toilets at the goods reception/entrance are open.
