The Hunting Gala 2025

At the Hunting Gala, hunters who have done something extraordinary and who are good ambassadors for Swedish hunting are celebrated.

Welcome to an evening filled with mingling, good food and entertainment! Meet new and old friends, enjoy a delicious menu and let the music set the mood.

Restaurant Småland, Lobby North, Elmia.

The bar is open during the evening.

Aperitif
Cava or non-alcoholic sparkling wine.

Starter
Smoked whitefish with potato and leek cream, almond potato chips with chives and fennel.

1 glass of wine/beer/cider or non-alcoholic.

Main course
Moose entrecote with currant sauce, parsnip puree, smoked pork and baked onion.

1 glass of wine/beer/cider with refill or non-alcoholic.

Dessert
Creamy chocolate cake with salted caramel and truffles, including coffee.

1,030 SEK incl. VAT or 824 SEK excl. VAT.

The Hunting Gala is arranged by the magazine Allt om Jakt & Vapen together with the Swedish Kennel Club. It started in 2019 with a live gala from Sundbyholms Slott and has since also been held in Järvsö. The gala will also be live-streamed.
