Sign up for Elmia Agriculture's party night

On the evening of October 17, we will organize a rich party evening with live music, award ceremony for the Elmia Lantbruk Innovation Award, wonderful community and good three-course menu. 

When: Thursday, October 17, 18.30 - 23.00.
Place: Restaurant Småland, lobby North. The bar is open during the evening.

Menu:
Pre-drink: Cava or non-alcoholic sparkling wine.

Starter: Braised salmon with chive cream, radish, confit egg yolk and trout roe, 1 glass of wine, alternatively beer/cider or non-alcoholic.

Main course: Braised local cow with caramelized cabbage, fondant celeriac,
potato puree and truffle sauce, 1 glass of wine with refill, alternatively beer/cider or non-alcoholic.

Dessert: Creamy chocolate cake with salted caramel and truffles.

Entertainment: Party show band Janes Bomb, janesbomb.com
