– The LANN series has gone really well! says Sales Manager Örjan Frejd with a smile.
On the wall of the stand, new colours and a new logo shine - but there are also familiar faces here, as well as familiar turned components machined at the plant in Värnamo.
– For us, Elmia Subcontractor is a perfect opportunity to be seen widely. Here you meet not only buyers but also designers and technicians. The fair is also valuable for us as a team to proudly showcase our new brand, says Örjan.
It was at the beginning of the summer of 2024 that it became clear that Arbona Industri AB was acquiring the company and at the same time it changed its name to LANN Industries. The core of the business, the manufacture of high-quality turned components, remains, while LANN Industries, through the Arbona Group, now has the opportunity to offer solutions in combination with sheet metal.
– We now belong to a pure industrial group that has chosen a clear focus on sheet metal and machining. They also like Småland. In a short time, several acquisitions have been made here, says Örjan Frejd.
He notes that the transition has gone down well both internally and with customers:
– Arbona Industri supports our strategy for the future and our growth plans. Even though we are part of a group, we have a great deal of freedom to run our own company and develop production.
With a wide range of single-spindle and multi-spindle CNC lathes and automatic lathes, LANN Industries is one of Sweden's leading manufacturers of turned and milled components for demanding customers worldwide in several different business areas. With its 120 employees and a turnover of approximately SEK 360 million, it is a large and important player in Arbona Industri.
– We are now preparing for the future. We are very excited and have replenished with a lot of new energy, says Örjan Frejd.
