Sibbhultsverken Group AB (SVH) makes a joined effort at Elmia Subcontractor
Sibbhultsverken Group AB (SVH), a privately owned group with six companies, including Fundo Components, is investing heavily in highlighting its joint competence during this year's Elmia Subcontractor. We talk to Peter Rasmussen, senior consultant at Fundo Components, about the importance of the fair for both the company and the group.

Sibbhultsverken Group AB, which has owned Fundo Components since 2014, consists of six companies that focus on manufacturing high-quality components for the heavy vehicle industry. Fundo Components specializes in cradle and low pressure casting of complex aluminum components.

- Participating in Elmia Subcontractor gives us a unique opportunity to make new contacts and collaborations. The fair is a place to build relationships and exchange ideas, which is critical to our long-term success in the competitive subcontracting industry, says Peter.

A common stand for increased visibility

This year, Fundo Components is exhibiting in a joint stand together with three other companies within the group. This strategic investment aims to increase visibility and showcase the group's capabilities.

- By showcasing the group's strengths, we can better demonstrate how together we can manage larger projects and offer more integrated solutions. This is something we are really looking forward to, explains Peter.

Long-term relationships and personal meetings

Attending fairs is more than just a business opportunity; it is also about creating long-term relationships. The fair provides a unique opportunity for personal meetings, not only with customers but also with other players in the industry.

- Many of the contacts we make at the fair can lead to business several years into the future. The human contact is crucial to create trust and understanding of each other's needs. It is important that we as industry colleagues are seen together in order to increase the opportunities for collaboration, emphasizes Peter.

Sustainability and future focus

Sustainability has become a central issue in the industry, and this theme will be highlighted by all companies in the common stand during the fair.

- Customers are increasingly demanding environmentally friendly solutions. We need to ask ourselves questions about how we can reduce our carbon footprint and offer more sustainable alternatives. The fair gives us a fantastic opportunity to discuss these important issues with industry colleagues and customers, concludes Peter.
