Parking for exhibitors

As an exhibitor, you have access to dedicated parking. To park in the exhibitor car park or drive onto the exhibition grounds, you must have a visible parking ticket in your windscreen. If you do not have a ticket, you will be directed to the large parking area north of the entrance.

Here's how you do it

  1. Print your free parking ticket via My pages -> My orders -> Parking
  2. Place it visibly in your windscreen even before you approach the exhibition centre.
  3. Follow the instructions of the traffic wardens and the signs to find your way.

Parking in the stand

  • Only one vehicle per exhibitor is allowed.
  • The vehicle must fit in the stand.
  • Entry and exit is not permitted between 08:45 and 18:00 on the days of the fair.

Parking in the exhibitor car park

Entrance must take place before the fair opens and exit must take place at the earliest after the fair closes for the day.

Please note that it is not possible to charge electric cars at the exhibition centre.
